The ITaaS model decouples revenue generation from billable technician hours and utilization rates, enabling scalable growth through efficiency initiatives (data center operations, service standardization, etc.). This allows even small-sized clients to be served profitably.

inno-EDV GmbH was exclusively advised by the Swiss investment banking boutique HCP Switzerland and legally represented by the law firm GPK Pegger Kofler & Partner Rechtsanwälte. HCP managed a multi-month M&A process with a select group of European IT services companies and financial investors.
